What could be better than starting the day with a delicious breakfast served in style? Although we don’t have a buffet, we offer our breakfast a la carte. Easy, tasty and minimal food waste. Choose from plenty of delicious snacks to start the day well. At Soep-er (restaurant on the ground floor) we serve an extensive and delicious breakfast at the table. Prefer to eat in your room or in bed? No problem! We can serve your breakfast in style in a beautiful picnic basket. Breakfast costs € 14.50 per person and is served or delivered to your room between 8 AM and 10:30 AM. Please indicate your time preference during check-in and we will discuss the various breakfast options in detail.

On the ground floor of the Logement is Soep-er, Utrecht’s first soup bar, where we mix surprising flavours and ingredients in a bowl. Featuring traditional recipes with a personal twist, we serve the most versatile dish in the world: soup. Healthy, easy and cozy. On-the-go or dine-in. Also delicious: our homemade bakery and fresh coffee. All this on the ground floor of the Logement . Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, snacks, a starter or a complete evening meal, you are always welcome at Soep-er. No time for a relaxing dinner? Take-away and home delivery are also possible! Throughout the entire year.

Due to our small scale, we unfortunately do not have our own meeting facilities, but we are happy to help you with one of our partners. Please let us know as early as possible, so that we can prepare everything in advance and help you organise a successful meeting.

Due to the limited space in the canal house, we unfortunately do not have any extra beds at our disposal. The maximum occupancy is therefore 2 persons per room, with the exception of 1 child of up to 2 years old in a baby cot in our Luxury rooms, the attic room and the apartments.

Logement Petit Beijers is located in the heart of Utrecht and therefore does not offer private parking. We are easily accessible by public transport. Not to mention, you generally do not need a car in Utrecht. The Logement is located in the historic city centre with nice shops, popular sights and within walking distance of the Central Station, the Jaarbeurs and the Beatrix Theatre.
For those who wish to come by car, we recommend the Springweg parking garage. Located around the corner. The Logement is located five minutes from this parking garage. The rate here is € 4.80 per hour and € 36.00 for 24 hours.

Checking In and Out
The room is available from 2 PM and you can check-in until 7 PM, except in case of confirmed early arrival. You are of course more than welcome to arrive earlier. If so, we will check whether your room is already available and otherwise we will be glad to store your luggage for you, so that you can go out and explore the beautiful city.
Check-out is between 7 AM and 11 PM. The room must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest, except in case of a confirmed late check-out.

Please note: due to the small scale of our Logement , we unfortunately do not have a 24-hour reception, so please inform us of your expected arrival time and expected departure time in advance. If you are unable to arrive before 7 PM or check out after 7 AM, we can arrange for one of our staff members to be available to personally check you in / out. Are you arriving in the Netherlands on an early flight? Or would you like to enjoy your stay a bit longer? If you choose this option, your room will be ready for you upon arrival. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of your room from as early as 8 AM. Let another beautiful day commence! Please note: this option is subject to availability. The costs for a guaranteed early check-in are € 40.00 per room.

Are you leaving on a late flight? Or do you want to enjoy an extra shower or take some time to relax? Then opt to keep your room until 2 PM or 5 PM. Please note: this option is subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out until 2 PM: € 20.00 / until 5 PM € 40.00

A reservation is considered a group reservation starting from 5 rooms. Should you wish to make or cancel a group reservation, we advise you to contact us by email or by phone at +31621603333. We will do everything we can to make sure everything meets your wishes and preferences.

Logement Petit Beijers works on the basis of a so-called ‘daily best available price’. This may mean that your preferred room has different rates depending on the date.

Would you like to stay in our Logement with 1 child (up to 2 years old)? We can offer you this option, too. Our Luxury Rooms, the Attic Room and the apartments can be easily fitted with a baby cot (completely free of charge). Please remember that because the number of cots is limited, this service is subject to availability

Most rooms are featured with a fully stocked minibar. Except for the Apartments and the Attic room. Minibar products are available at an additional cost.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Logement Petit Beijers is a cashless Logement . You can pay with either a debit or credit card. We do not accept cash.

There are no cancellation fees before 6 PM (local time) up to one day before arrival. After this time, the first night will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation.
A non-refundable booking cannot be cancelled or changed.
In case of a no-show, Logement Petit Beijers reserves the right to charge the entire stay to the credit card used for booking.

Want to comfortably travel to and from the airport?

We are happy to arrange it for you.
Both to and from Schiphol Airport, we collaborate with various parties. Do you prefer a limousine transfer where you can enjoy all the luxury that comes with it, a Tesla on green electricity, or rather a regular taxi? Please let us know so that we can advise you and make a reservation for you.

Please note: due to our location in the city centre, door to door transfer is unfortunately not possible. Please ask the taxi driver to drop you off at Restaurant San Siro, Oudkerkhof 9 in Utrecht. From here it is less than a minute’s walk to the Logement . You can of course always call us from this point so that we can pick you up and assist you with your luggage. We are happy to assist you!

Unfortunately, we do not have any adapted rooms and Logement Petit Beijers is not suitable for disabled persons. We are located in a beautiful piece of heritage. Our Logement therefore lacks a lift and the stairs up to the rooms are rather narrow.
